Refund and Returns Policy
This policy applies to all hand-blown glass artworks purchased on our website. Hand-blown glass is handmade craft. Minor air bubbles, texture differences and slight color variations exist on each piece, which are NOT product defects. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this feature.
- Inspection After Delivery Please inspect your package within 48 hours after receiving. If items are damaged in transit, wrong or missing, please contact customer service with clear photos or videos. Damage claims raised after 48 hours may be rejected.

- Wrong item shipped or missing items from your order
- Non-Returnable Cases
- Normal handmade characteristics: tiny bubbles, slight color difference, minor shape variations
- You ordered wrong size/style or simply do not like the item with no quality issue
- Man-made damage, scratch or breakage after delivery
- Items that have been displayed, used or installed
- Special discounted items marked non-refundable on product page
Dispute Resolution All disputes will be settled through friendly negotiation first. Contact us via email: ____@shturl.
Return Procedure ① Contact customer service and submit proof for review; ② We will send you the return address once approved; ③ Please pack items securely for return. Return shipping cost is borne by buyer. ④ After we receive and inspect the returned goods, refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Exchange Procedure
① Contact customer service and provide proof of damage or wrong shipment;
② Once approved, we will arrange re-delivery. Usually you do not need to send back broken items, our team will guide you.
Refund Details Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. The arrival time depends on your payment provider, usually 14 business days.
